FullImplementationofHeavyIndustrial Assets

With a total investment of $330 million, the company has completed a full-process heavy asset layout from resource exploration to industrial production, and established an independent, controllable and closed-loop operation system. All projects have been completed and reached production capacity with stable operation, without high risks during the construction period, and mature operational benefits can be enjoyedimmediatelyafterinvestment.

Against the backdrop of profit pressure in the global damond industry--De Beers has accumulated inventory of more than 2 billion US dollars, and the operating profit margin of Indian diamond processors is only 4-5% -the cost advantage derived from self-sufficiency has become the core barrier for this project towithstand cyclical fluctuations.

The first phase features a modern ore processing plant with a daily processing capacity of 20,000 tons of mineral materials, equipped with internationally advanced equipment including imported crushing systems, grinding mills, heavy media separation (DMS), and X ray fluorescence separation (XRT). The diamond recovery rate and processing efficiency rank among the top in African mining projects. The second phase completed production expansion and technological upgrades, optimizing core flotation and gravity separation processes while integrating intelligent management systems. All production indicators now fully comply with international mining standards. The project adopts phased, zoned, and inclined strip steep-side open-pit mining techniques, combined with three-dimensional underground flow modeling to optimize pit drainage systems. This approach ensures operational safety while effectively reducing mining costs.

Energy Security System

In 2014, the 4.25 MW MOVO hydropower station was put into operation, followed by the 2019 commissioning of the 12MW Tubitu Tubidi Hydropower Station. The combined installed capacity of the two stations reached 16.25 MW, achieving 100%self-sufficiency in production electricity supply. This completely eliminated external power supply dependence from African mining areas, significantly reduced operating costs, and ensured production continuity.

Supporting infrastructure system

We have constructed 52 kilometers of dedicated transport corridors to eliminate logistical bottlenecks in ore transportation and material supply, ensuring efficient and convenient logistics transfers. The mining operation is fully equipped with excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and other essential transport machinery to achieve end-to-end mechanized operations. Additionally, we have enhanced drainage systems, implemented ecological restoration measures, and upgraded safety monitoring facilities within the mining area. These initiatives strictly adhere to green mining construction standards while balancing production efficiency with environmental protection requirements.
